The Cyprus Water Ski Federation (CWSF) was founded in 1987 and since then is affiliated with the International Water Ski Federation. It is located in Limassol and its training venue is the Polemidia dam, just outside Limassol. The governing body is the Board of Directors , which consists of seven persons, proposed by water ski clubs that are affiliated to the Federation. The main source of funding is the Cyprus High Sports Authority (CHSA), and some other financial aid comes occasionally
from various supporters of the sport
